limitaciones y hacer una buena interpreta-
ción de los resultados para poder establecer
un buen diagnóstico. Un diagnóstico certero
y precoz de la EA, a pesar de ser hoy en día
una enfermedad incurable, permite un mejor
manejo terapéutico de la enfermedad, a la
vez que permite dar al paciente y a su fami-
lia una mejor información pronóstica, per-
mitiendo al paciente la toma de decisiones
sobre su futuro en una fase que todavía es
capaz de poderlas hacer de forma autónoma.
